Every Phoenix client has a single point of contact available 24/7. When you call about a gate, a patrol or a schedule change, you reach a person who knows your site. Officers log reports, photos and patrol checks in our real-time reporting platform, and WinTeam keeps scheduling and billing accurate.
Phoenix properties also deal with conditions that many security plans leave out. Summer heat is a real safety issue for officers on exterior posts, and monsoon season brings dust storms, heavy rain and power outages. Our officers are trained in First Aid and CPR, and our patrol vehicles are backed by a 24/7 command center, so an officer working a July afternoon is not working alone.
Security Officers
Unarmed officers for gatehouses, lobbies, hotels and warehouses. Officers are First Aid and CPR certified. Much of our Arizona work is in residential communities, including gated communities, high-rise apartments and retirement communities, where an officer needs to be welcoming to residents and alert at the same time. Site-specific training before assignment means the officer knows your layout and procedures on the first shift.
Licensed armed officers for Phoenix sites where the risk calls for them, assigned after site-specific training. We talk through the risks at your property before recommending an armed post, because armed coverage is not the right answer for every site. SecureOne works in Arizona under DPS License #1003621, and every officer has prior military, law enforcement or security experience.
24/7 mobile patrol for communities and commercial properties that need regular checks, with GPS Insight vehicle tracking. Patrol suits HOAs, retail centers and lots that need checks spread through the day and night. Vehicles carry in-car 360-degree cameras, so you can see where officers have been and when. Our Tempe office sits near the middle of the Valley, which helps when a property is in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale or Goodyear.
Off-duty police services are available in the Phoenix area. Some Valley properties want a sworn officer on site for an event or a stretch of higher risk. Tell us what the post needs to accomplish and we will talk through whether off-duty police or a SecureOne officer is the better fit. Full details are on the Off-Duty Police page on secureone.com.
Site-specific training before assignment, then ongoing training under our in-house Director of Training. Our training protocols are well regarded enough that some of the largest security firms in the country send new hires to our training facilities. Custom programs from our Director of Training cover the needs of each client’s industry or facility, from a hotel lobby to an HOA gatehouse.
Coverage for events and other short-term needs anywhere in the Valley. The cooler months bring festivals, tournaments and spring training, and many properties hit their busiest stretch at the same time. We provide event security alongside our on-site officers and mobile patrols, with plans that range from full-time coverage to temporary help for a single community event.
Mobile camera trailers for construction sites, lots and remote properties that need watching without a full-time post. Trailers are built to run off the grid, often on solar power, and they are professionally monitored around the clock. That matters during monsoon season, when a storm can knock out a site’s power, lighting and cameras at the same time, often right around dusk.
